Event: The training is focused on qualifying the animal recycling sector. It works concepts about microbiology in the production of animal meals and oils, hygienic equipment construction, microbiological and the tools to implement the Hazard Analysis and Critical Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in an animal recycling plant to increase the microbiological safety of the products manufactured. The AATQ Program was developed by ABRA in 2012, based from programs implemented in Australia and the United States.
